How it started …

Video – Vlog #01

As the #LockDown came into affect due to #Coronovirus an idea was born between David Logan and Willie Nicol – Life Coach based in Scotland, UK.

70 miles apart (as the crow flies) they embarked on a podcast to talk and discuss technical issues.

After a number of phone calls and retakes (this is number 5!!) here is the resulting video as shown below.

Script – Vlog #01

Willie Nicol: I’m Willie Nickel. I’m a retired police officer, a former corporate security manager, and I’m a now a personal development life coach and a post retirement career mentor in these trying times, I’m currently increasingly reliant on technology to speak to my clients. However, one of my challenges is that I am what I describe as a technical dinosaur. However, it’s good that I have a friend called David to help me with this. So over to you, David?

David Logan: Thank you, Willie .. so my name is David Logan, an IT geek happy to help you. I help people out with difficulties with technology. Over remote, I’ve talked to people like yourself. Do you think I could help people Willie?

Willie Nicol: I shall do, David. Thanks very much. I think you could be a good help to me and to others who are similarly technically challenged. I help my clients with dealing with stress, anxiety or whatever they’re currently experiencing. And I think that’s important, particularly in the current situation. So if you can help me with the stresses and strains of technology, I can help other people with any other issues they’re dealing with. I think we have a good thing going forward. So back to you, David.

David Logan: Excellent. Well, and thanks a lot. Great to be part of a partnership here isn’t it? So what we’re going to do, Willie, if it’s OK with you? We’re going to produce a video once a week.

David Logan: And let the viewers see it. Now viewers.

David Logan: Don’t just don’t just wait for our questions or videos to come out if you want to ask for a new subject.

David Logan: Send us a message direct.

David Logan: Privately, we will look at it and we can come back to you can do a three way video.

David Logan: So I think that’s us, anything else I can add Willie or are you quite happy with that?

Willie Nicol: David, thanks very much. Perhaps explaining to the viewers how they can access the videos there, again, being technically challenged. I’ve no idea how that looks.
